We will consider responses to the consultation and make any necessary revisions to our guidance.
We hope to publish the revised guidance by the end of the year. We’re not pinning down a date, because it’s important we conduct the review properly, carefully and in a considered manner.
But we will be working as quickly as we can. We understand that charity trustees need to know what guidance they must have regard to as soon as possible.
